Mission

Mission Statement: The Westview School seeks to provide a stimulating, specialized environment where children with Autism Spectrum Disorders can reach their potential.

The Westview School is a private, non-profit school which was founded in 1981 to provide a structured, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children with learning differences which prevent them from being successful in regular programs.

Fun Times

Car Wash - The Lower Elementary students have an annual “Car Wash” to raise funds for their projects. They charge $5 per car and get them sparkling clean (and each other all wet!)

Attending Westview

Language Difficulty - Most autistic children have some form of difficulty with language. At Westview, both receptive and expressive language difficulties are addressed

The Westview School is fully accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and licensed by The State of Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services. The school is a member of the Houston Coalition of Special Schools and Houston Association of Independent Schools.
