Every child is unique. When choosing the proper therapy intervention for autism spectrum disorder, parents must consider their child's specific needs. This may sound challenging as there are many interventions to consider. Join us for Westview EDU on Thursday, November 4 at 7 PM via Zoom, as we welcome Anna Laakman, a doctoral student with the School of Psychology at the University of Houston for Therapy for Kids with ASD. Anna will share her insight on the therapy options available, how to choose the right ones that best fit your child's unique needs, and provide expert tips on finding a provider with the right skills to best support your child. This session is great for all parents – Anna's talk will span the challenges for younger children just starting to navigate the world of ASD and options for older children with changing therapeutic needs.
